Repetitions

Just like day 11, today will be without a flow session due to the high number of handstand drills ahead ;) We plan on learning how to spot and be spotted today, so keep an open mind because you never know when you're going to need this!

This session will be the most demanding on the wrists, so make sure you're warm and loose before starting!

As always, if you don't have any yoga blocks, get creative with what you use as props for these poses. Some common house items that work are rolled blankets/towels, pillows, cushions, books, etc.
